In 2024, we released the first Creative Sector Report with the goal of providing data and context about the reality of women working in design. In this second edition, we delve deeper into four pillars that cut across our profession: access to the sector, salaries, mental health and equality.
This report does not aim to point fingers or offer simplistic solutions; rather, it seeks to open the conversation and look for ways, together, to improve the sector. We have enormous capacity to imagine futures, build narratives and design new forms of relationships. This same capacity can help us rethink how we work, how we care for ourselves and how we distribute the value we generate.
