Abstract

BEC1972 began with a simple idea: a future where people live better. That idea brings together artisans, designers and industry to create this brand. 

A publisher of small‑scale furniture pieces crafted by artisans, produced on demand with no stock and using the minimum amount of materials to reduce environmental impact. 

The publisher emerges from Industrias BEC and the knowledge accumulated over decades working in architecture and design. BEC once produced television sets in the 1980s and helped shape historic events such as the Barcelona Olympic Games and the Expo in Seville. Today, they look to the past to build the future of living.
