Abstract

Novameat is the first plant‑based whole‑cut meat brand designed exclusively for restaurants and producers. We developed the strategic plan, redefined the identity and built the digital universe for the brand.

Real change happens beyond the spotlight. Novameat’s plant‑based cuts are designed to unleash creativity in professional kitchens: fewer ingredients (all natural), more nutrients and greater flexibility to cook and create. We worked closely with the team to define a positioning that goes far beyond supermarket shelves and drew up a strategic plan with a clear objective: leading the B2B plant‑based protein sector.

The visual identity integrates the project’s two main elements: on one side, its innovative technology; on the other, a commitment to traceability and natural ingredients. The balance between technology and nature culminates in the symbol — a visual resource inspired by the fibres that generate Novameat’s unique texture and expand the brand’s graphic universe.

We created a brand with its own voice and enough character to serve what really matters: a future where plant‑based protein is synonymous with health and flavour, without compromise. We used content curation and editorial guidance as the main narrative tool — a place where a new food culture can be built with countless voices and a shared goal: moving toward more balanced eating.
